As a Junior Functional Consultant at Tatvamasi Labs, you support our ERP implementations under the guidance of senior consultants/ Project manager. You help capture and document client requirements, configure ERP solutions, test and deploy them, and provide users' training and go-live support.

This is an excellent entry-level, on-site role based in Surat for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is eager to build a career in ERP consulting and grow into a full-cycle implementation consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and documenting client requirements
  • Conduct gap analysis and business process mapping
  • Configure standard ERP modules
  • Help with unit testing, data prep and UAT
  • Provide support and user training to cliest stackholders

Must Have

  • 1 to 3 years experience with ERP domain
  • Genuine interest in ERP systems and how businesses operate.
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's in IT, CS or Business Administration
  • Willingness to learn and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with core ERP modules
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS)
  • JIRA, Git or basic scripting
  • ERP internship or project experience
