As the HR Manager at Tatvamasi Labs, an official Odoo Silver Partner, you own the people function end to end. You hire the consultants and developers who deliver our ERP projects, and you build the systems that keep them engaged, supported and growing.

You run recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policy, statutory compliance and culture across our Surat, Pune and Bangalore offices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an HR professional with 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally in IT services or consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and functional roles
  • Run onboarding, induction and probation reviews
  • Drive goal setting, performance reviews and appraisals
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance and leave with Finance
  • Own HR policy, statutory compliance and employee records

Must Have

  • Min 2 years in HR
  • Hands-on recruitment for IT or consulting roles
  • Working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience in an IT services or ERP consulting firm
  • Exposure to HRMS platforms (Odoo HR an advantage)
  • Employer branding and campus hiring experience
  • Designing learning and development programmes
